Chapter 1

"The fuck... Where am I?"

Reon Takao blinked a few times, rubbed his eyes with the back of his hand and slowly sat up on a white bed he woke up from.

"Doesn't seem like the place where I was held at..."

He sighs and glazes over his surroundings. Black walls, black doors, ominous white lights, all cramped up together in a small room. Just what you'd expect from a kidnapping.

[It sure does look like I got kidnapped, uh huh... Who got me out though...?]

Reon Takao stood up from the bed, not wanting to be any second longer in this unusual room. Suddenly, a loud horn blasted through his room. Reon held his ears shut while the blast was still ongoing.

[Fuck! Too loud! My ears feel like bursting...]

As the horn blast quietens, he slightly released his hands from his ears, the sound still lingering as an echo.

"Gosh... Fucking Horn took a toll on me..."

As Reon was about to continue walking, a mechanical voice announced in a more softer tone the the horn.

"Welcome dear participants of this Social Experiment. We hereby extend our gratitude for your non voluntary participation. Please make way to the third floor. The first day in the Social Experiment will begin shortly."

"... Real funny..."

He sighed and ran a hand through his hair.

"So you're telling me I'm stuck in this shitty place for some random social experiment?"

He annoyingly smiled and made his way to one of the two black doors, turning out to be automatic. Reon was slightly startled by the fact before his expression became dumbfounded.

"Huh...?"
